The Oinkari Basque Dancers are a nonprofit organization that continues to share the cultural dance traditions of their Basque ancestors. Donate here to help our dancers to continue to celebrate and share the Basque culture all over the world here.
Oinkari Basque Dancers have traveled to many events near and far to share the vibrant history of Boise's Basque community. We have traveled to China, Seattle, Washington D.C., New York, and many other places in the United States and in Idaho to teach people about Basque dance, language, food, and culture and especially about how the Boise community has worked to keep the culture alive.
Oinkaris also take part in contributing to the Treasure Valley by volunteering our time to community organizations. The dancers visit nursing homes, participate in Rake Up Boise, and help other non-profit organizations of the Treasure Valley. Dancers also volunteer to teach with Boiseko Gazteak, the children's Basque dance group in Boise.
